26.03.2025. Endlich steht mir zu Verfügung noch ein IC-905 um den seit langen geplanten Vergleichstest zu machen.  Mir wurde gesagt „du darfst nicht IC-905 FMTV Modulation mit anderen kommerziellen FMTV SAT Receiver vergleichen“ , OK ich nehme es zu Kenntnis – bin aber nicht der Meinung wenn gleiche RF Bandbreite ist. In folgenden Test haben wir perfekte Bedingungen, beide Geräte sind über Coax verbunden  ( keine externe Störungen ) und Signale abgeschwächt so das S Meter an beiden Geräten " S8" zeigt  ( nicht zu schwach und nicht zu stark – an beiden Geräten RF POWER 6% ) . Bild 1 1.   Gewählte Bandbreite 17MHz    (  +-8.5MHz )      FIL 1 bei beiden Geräten 2.   Testfrequenz   1265 MHz      ( Preamplifier eingeschaltet bei beiden Geräten ) 3.   Video Input eingestellt auf 50% bei beiden Geräten ( Werkseinstellung )  Bild 2 4.   Video Output eingestellt auf 50%...

There was no end to the enthusiasm, why not when you get almost 40 watts of output with 0.1mW input    ( perfect for use with Adalm Pluto ) .  So enthusiastically, I bought a total of 26 used amplifiers, converted what was necessary ( SMA connectors, heat sinks ) and distributed them among the amateur radio people.  Due to great interest I wanted to buy a few more, unfortunately I couldn't find anything anymore ( it wa...
